Privacy
The short version: this site doesn't track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from other companies and keeps no record of your visit. If you email us, we have your email, and we only use it to write back.
What this site collects
Nothing, on purpose. There are no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no embedded videos or social buttons. Every font, script and image is served from lunargen.com itself. The program that serves these pages is a small Go binary that doesn't write request logs.
What still sees your visit
Your connection has to reach us somehow. The network and hosting providers between you and our server handle your IP address and the page you asked for in order to deliver it, and they may keep short-lived logs for security and abuse prevention under their own policies. We don't collect those logs or use them to identify anyone.
If you email us
We get your address and whatever you write, and we use it to reply. We won't add you to a mailing list, and we won't share or sell it. Email passes through our email provider on the way to us. If you want a conversation deleted, ask and we'll delete it, unless the law requires us to keep something, such as records tied to paid work.
Our apps
This page covers lunargen.com. super-chat, super-badger and super-atlas are built to run on servers you control, so whoever runs a server is responsible for the data on it. Each project's repository documents exactly what its server stores. Where we run a server for one of them ourselves, it keeps only what the app needs to work, and we never sell or share that data.
Model hosting
When we help you host models, they run on your hardware or on a machine dedicated to you. We don't read, log or train on your prompts or outputs. If we need access to your systems for setup or support, we agree on the scope with you in writing first.
What we will never do
- Sell or rent personal information.
- Use personal information for advertising or profiling.
- Hand over data without a legal requirement we can't refuse. If we receive a legal demand for someone's data, we'll tell them, unless the law forbids it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, get a copy of it, have it corrected or have it deleted. The GDPR, UK GDPR and California's CCPA give some people these rights by law. We give them to everyone, wherever you live. Email aidan@lunargen.com and we'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site isn't aimed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top. If a change gives you less privacy than before, we'll say so plainly on this page.
