The short version: read it, share it, build on it, and don't attack it. The words on this site are free to reuse. Our software has its own open source licenses, and those are more generous than anything on this page.

Using the site

You can read, copy, link to, archive and mirror lunargen.com. Please don't try to break it, overload it or get into systems you weren't given access to.

Reusing what we write

Unless a page says otherwise, the text on this site is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0. You can copy, translate and adapt it, commercially or not, as long as you credit Lunargen and share what you make under the same license.

Some things aren't ours to give away. The Qwen, GLM, Z.ai and DeepSeek names and logos belong to their owners. The Lunargen name and logo are ours. You're welcome to use any of them to refer to us or to those projects, as long as you don't suggest an endorsement that doesn't exist.

Our software

super-chat, super-badger and super-atlas are released under the MIT License. The license file in each repository governs your use of that code, not this page.

Working with us

Model hosting and other paid work happens under a separate written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract.

No warranty

We try to keep this site accurate and online, but it's provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our open source software comes with the same understanding, as its license says.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lunargen isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, that come from using this site. Nothing here takes away rights that the law doesn't let us limit.

Other sites

We link to code repositories and other sites we don't control. What happens there is governed by their terms, not ours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law where Lunargen is established, except where the consumer protection laws of the place you live say otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Content we've already released under CC BY-SA stays under that license.
